Frequently asked questions
How much does the system cost?
The price depends on capacity, system type, the roof and whether there is a battery. We quote after an enquiry and a site visit — no ready-made prices on the site.
Is a battery required?
Not always. A grid-tied system works without a battery. A hybrid or off-grid setup with a Deye battery is offered when it makes sense for the site.
Is a building permit needed?
For systems up to 20 kW on existing buildings a simplified Spatial Development Act procedure often applies. The specific case is confirmed for your property.
Does the system work in cloudy weather?
Yes, there is generation in cloudy weather, though less. At night or when output is short a grid-tied system uses grid power; with a battery part of the energy can be used later.
